Alpha Plus Asset Management ('Alpha Plus AM') is a registered asset manager by the National Bank of Georgia ('NBG') under Georgian Law. Alpha Plus AM manages NBG-registered investment funds. Co-founding partners together bring more than combined 60 years of experience in corporate finance, trading and risk management.
Our experience in structuring complicated financial transactions while accommodating diverse partnership interests, has allowed it to achieve over $1 Billion in acquisitions and financing.
