George Tchiladze

- George Chiladze is an experienced banking and finance executive with nearly two decades of leadership roles at Georgian banking and financial institutions.
- George served as Deputy CEO, Chief Risk Officer at Bank of Georgia, as well as Chief Financial Officer at Bank of Georgia prior to that. He also served as Deputy CEO of Partnership Fund, a state-owned investment company and CEO of BTA Bank Georgia, subsidiary of BTA Bank (Kazakhstan).
- George earned Ph.D. in Physics from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD and started his carrier in Finance at Bear Stearns Program Trading desk in New York, NY prior to returning to Georgia.
- In 2023 George co-founded Alpha Plus Asset Management
Levan Tsutsunava

- Levan has worked in international banking for >20 years. He has vast experience in trading, risk management and general management.
- Levan started his career within market risk management and has led several teams at both ABN AMRO Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland in various locations (Amsterdam, New York & London).
- After a successful career within risk management, Levan joined ING Bank in Amsterdam as a Senior FX Options trader, where he was in charge of Japanese Yen trading book, SME portfolio and complex FX derivatives transactions.
- Prior to founding Alpha Capital Advisory, Levan was heading the Treasury and Financial Services department at TBC Bank.
- In 2021, Levan co-founded Alpha Capital Advisory LLC, a licenced brokerage firm in Georgia and a leading independent investment banking house. In addition, Levan was also one of the cofounders of Elysium Asset Management, a real estate investment fund management company, and in 2023 – Alpha Plus Asset Management
Irakli Elashvili

- Irakli is a seasoned general manager with high-profile leadership roles that involved business development, turnaround, rapid growth, value creation and strategy elaboration and execution. Irakli also led execution of numerous market-leading capital markets transactions in Georgia, UK, across eastern and western Europe and Azerbaijan.
- Irakli Elashvili has >20 years of working experience covering management consulting in Georgia and banking & investment banking in United Kingdom, Georgia and Azerbaijan. Irakli also consulted on World Bank’s pension reforms in Georgia and Egypt.
- Irakli holds MBA from London Business School. Irakli acted as Chief Executive Officer of FINCA Bank Georgia and of TBC Capital in Georgia.
- In 2021, Irakli co-founded Alpha Capital Advisory LLC, a licenced brokerage firm in Georgia and a leading independent investment banking house, and Elysium Asset Management, a real estate investment fund management company, and in 2023 - Alpha Plus Asset Management.
